Import Master Data via CSV file

Introduction

During preparing the master data, the customers have to import Terminals / Seals/ Leadsets etc, by reading data from CSV file function.
Errors will prompt when they input wrong value for fields.

Prerequisites 

If this situation occurs, the customer must check in help file to get the correct format and type of each value.

Instructions

  1. Open help file from the client
  2. Go to the section of the model, and open the instruction of Read Data from CSV File
  3. check if the value in csv file is valid:

  1. Correct the data, and import again.

Outcome

Some of the fields have special value defined in CAO.
