Firstly check your window and your Window should be Updated.
  1. Verify the .NET information using the command (CLI) "dotnet --info" the .Net information. If you encounter an error, the CAO applications won't start.



  2. Check the pre-reqs for your OS.

  3. Please install the KB4457144 patch and reboot the system.
